I am not following this way of eating any more but feels it is a good way from some folks. 

 What the heck is ELAB? Eat Like a Bear.

So this is an eating plan that combines low carb and intermittent fasting. I won’t write at this time about the plan, because there is lots of information online about it. They also have a great Facebook presence.

Amanda Rose who is the founder of ELAB lost 140 pounds, she is now half of her former weight.  She did it through fasting and eating one meal a day.

For now I am just going to write about my process and what happens each day.

Amanda has a 3 day challenge which I started on May 11, 2020.  She sends out emails and videos daily before and during the challenge.  I have continued to get daily emails from her after the fact.  A week+ in to it, I did decide to buy her course, not because I felt I needed it — she really does talk about the plan in the 3 day challenge, plus all the videos on YouTube, her website and the Facebook page.  But I did want to buy the course to support her – she puts a lot of time in to supporting those of us who want to lose weight.  I am enjoying reading her book and seeing all the recipes.
