Today I did the Big Mac Salad - it was delicious. Making the dressing it serves 4 salads and it is very good. Very busy day - I seem to do okay with this fasting thing!

Well today has been a busy day helping a widow dispose of her husband's workshop. Left at 7am and got home at 5:30pm. So this was a great fasting day. I am sitting with a cup of bone broth. Tomorrow I will do another Really big salad! I have never fasted longer...
