I thought I would go for a hot lunch today.  I cooked up 8 cups of cauliflower then I sautéed vegetables and added some garlic, 2 T cream and 1 cup cheese.  Continued to cook the ingredients on low for 20 minutes.  It was okay - I only ate 3 of the 4 cups. Added 1 cup...

Today I had coleslaw and 5 oz fried bluegills (caught in Michigan).  The coleslaw was Amanda's recipe, it was good.  But it was just too much for me.  I ate about 2/3rds of the big bowl.  I measured 5 cups of cabbage - probably left 1 cup.  The fish were delicious. ...

Today I did the Big Mac Salad - it was delicious.  Making the dressing it serves 4 salads and it is very good.  Very busy day - I seem to do okay with this fasting thing!

Well today has been a busy day helping a widow dispose of her husband's workshop.  Left at 7am and got home at 5:30pm.  So this was a great fasting day.  I am sitting with a cup of bone broth.  Tomorrow I will do another Really big salad!  I have never fasted longer...
