I have had my struggles lately. Not sure why other than super busy. I have had more times of wanting to eat. So I really need to talk myself out of it. It’s not that I’m hungry, so I know it’s more mental. It has been 10 months of really no big problems until the last couple of weeks. I’m sure it has to do with stress and trying not to get in to those old habits.
- Which just proves that it will always be with me – this battle. Pulling my bootstraps up and stay going forward and down in weight. The Non-Scale-Victories are so many that I am still positive on my journey. I love being in smaller sizes, too!
