I got this in an email today.  I really like the Don’t part. #1 & 4 spoke to me.  That is the biggest thing  I have realized with only eating this food list and at specific times — I realized how I might pop something in my mouth, or if I am fixing dinner I would pop someting in my mouth or walking through the kitchen I would pop something in my mouth.  It has really made me take stock on how much I did that and didn’t realize it at all.
