Not sure what happened to my Day 8 – but I ate my OMAD.  I had leftovers.  Not sure how time flies but it does. On Day 8, May 20th, I fasted.  I did not eat yesterday only drank.  I did make chicken bone broth in the Quick Cooker (electric pressure cooker/instant pot) – that turned out really good.

I figure I will do that once a week if I can.  I wasn’t hungry yesterday, but did wake up this morning with a grumbly tummy.  🙂  I had water and got busy with my day.  I try to ride my bike most days, and have had lots of computer work lately to keep me busy. Day 9 – I really wanted the Big Mac Salad.  I have had it twice so far.  Thinking I should wait and not get burnt out on the Big Mac salad, but I couldn’t resist.  Funny, it wasn’t quite as good as the other two.  I did have less sauce on it (used leftover) and I put different seasoning on the ground beef.  Something wasn’t quite as good.  But this was the first day that I did actually eat the full salad.  Although 45 minutes later I had a really, really bad case of diarrhea.  I hope that doesn’t continue!  Not a good day for my stomach.

Today’s salad I combined romaine lettuce (1 head), plus 2 cups iceberg lettuce; Added some cheddar cheese, goat cheese, half a cucumber and 5 oz ground beef.  Topped with leftover Big Mac dressing. I had the stomach growling this morning but otherwise I am amazed no problems yet on OMAD.  I do like the Good Earth Sweet and Spicy herbal tea.  It kind of feels like it has sugar, but it doesn’t.  So I like that!  I have the gallon water jug in the fridge, but I am so used to getting it out of the automatic ice/water maker that half the time I forget to take it out of the gallon jug.  So I don’t know if I will continue that or not.  But will keep trying, right now I haven’t finished the jug yet.
