I have liked all the recipes I’ve tried from Amanda.  She has lots of YouTube videos showing recipes.  Also her website has many recipes.  If you want it easy – you can buy her course or book – there are lots on there.

  • I really like adding “Everything but the bagel” seasoning in to the ranch dressing.
  • I make my own yogurt – so I know what is in it – no additives
  • I have tried to keep my protein around 6 oz, but sometimes go to 8 oz
  • In the first two weeks I
    • have had one meal with almond flour
      • The Sloppy Joe mug was really good
    • I have had one hot vegetable meal (for my fulll veggies)
      • did have leftover hot veggies, with salad the next day
  • A couple times when I wanted something different then one RBS
    • I made two different salads to eat in the same meal
