Tuesday – I managed to forget to take pictures the last two days.  But I have been faithfully doing OMAD, eat about 12:30 for one hour.  Usually takes most of the hour to eat it.  Yesterday I had the leftovers on my Big Mac salad.  Yesterday was 4 cups romaine, 1 cup ice berg and 1 cup spinach.  I did pour a half cup of premiere shake in a cup and added my collagen to it with a beater.  Had 4 oz ground beef, 2 oz cheese.

Today I had a salad with 4 cups ice berg lettuce and 1 cup spinach.  Roast beef- 4 oz and 2 oz cheese.  I also had one BBQ rib.  I had 4 oz of premiere shake with the collagen scoop – mixed.  I did remember for the last two days to take my vitamins.  🙂

I haven’t been hungry.  It almost seems easier to only eat once a day.  I think the salad and prep could be done very quickly – but I usually take my time, chop and mix, about 20-30 minutes prep time.  I really enjoy the time.  Today I tried to make a dressing with avocados in it, but my avocados were old and didn’t have much flavor.  So that was disappointing, but still okay.  Maybe I’ll add some salsa to it, when I use the leftover.

I did weigh in yesterday – 2 week mark – 229.2   —  lost 7.4 pounds
