I have had many years that I would be on a new weight loss plan and my “Christmas” would be a thinner me.  Or plan that the following year I would be in a totally different size.  Always these big plans about how much thinner I would be in a period of time.  And then some years those times would come and go and not a thing had changed.  A few years I did have a big weight loss and it was good.  But usually I just floated along …

It seems like this OMAD is different.  I hope so – I want it to be. – I plan it to be.  It amazes me how the days, months, years fly by.  So this saying really does make sense to me.  I find it hard to believe that we have been retired for 4 years – the time flies by.  I’ve now been on this WOE for 21 days.  I like it.  I don’t want to have a year go by and wish I had “started today'”…

Today my RBS (really big salad) was so pretty and I forgot to take the picture before I mixed it up!  4 cups romaine, 1 cup spinach/iceberg lettuce, two different cheeses, 3 oz shredded chicken, 1/4 cup guac and my dressing was sour cream and salsa mixed together.  I had two guac cakes.  Food was good and I finished 99% of it!  It was good.

 

 

 

 

 

 

21 days in to the OMAD (one meal a day) and 12 pounds gone.  🙂
