Day 33 – June 12, 2020

RBS is romaine lettuce, cheese, asparagus, bacon and ham.  Alongside is a grilled burger, asparagus and creamed spinach.

I wanted to add some other vegetables along with the RBS.  It was really good.  I eat around 12:30 each day.  I usually eat the “extras” first – like what is on the plate.  Then I sit and take another 30 minutes to eat my RBS!!  Took my vitamins and collagen.  My vitamins are what I have from Plant Paradox/Wheat Belly:  B12, K, Omega fish oil, magnesium,

I did my bike ride this morning.

 

Day 34 is a fast day.  We finished up helping an estate sale this morning – up at 4:30 and out the door by 5am.  Got home about 11:30 and went and volunteered at Humane Society thrift shop until 2pm.  So it’s been a busy day, which makes it easier to not eat.  🙂
