What a busy crazy 2 months.  I am continuing to lose weight.  I have stayed on my one meal a day, one hour window most of the time.  Probably 3 times I did extend the one hour to 2-4 hours – just because of activities.  But my biggest meal is still the big salad.

We had 6 in the house for 2 weeks, with two little ones (4 & 2 yrs old).  I switched to eating at supper time so I ate with the family.  Our 4 year old grandaughter wanted her own “salad” each night.  

I was very excited in this time period to finally be under 200 pounds.  I was thinking “maybe” I had made it and when I was 197, I was very excited.  I had to take a picture of the scale!  I don’t worry about the scale, because it is so finicky.  There are so many fantastic “non-scale victories” that seems to what keeps me motivated.  The scale and I kind of play this game – my low becomes my high, I get a new low, and back and forth it goes.  But it is all good!
