A New Day
March 21, 22 – Over eat days to start on this HCG journey. I had previously read the Pounds & Inches by ATW Simeons manuscript from the 1950’s. I was very curious how different 50 years later would be. They have modified the process slightly as time has evolved but the basic is the same that was proven back in the 50’s to work on obese patients.
The over eat days – eat anything you want for 2 days – take your shots in the morning. Two days of over eating sounded great before starting the 500 calories a day, no carb eating plan. Not a diet. Diet always sounds so negative. The two days of over eating has not been as enjoyable as I imagined. My stomach was hurting and so full for two days — I ate fried fish, shrimp, potatoes, pudding, bananas, peanut butter, chinese, a couple donuts, a candy bar — I did the “over eat” properly for the first two days. I am actually looking forward to the 500 calories, 2 meals a day.
I weighed and took all my measurements on the first morning – March 21.
