Yesterday I was gone all day, so there was some planning involved.  I packed a container with 2 cups lettuce, green onions, cucumbers – bagged 4 oz chicken, and a container of raspberry vinegarette – zero carb.   It worked great – met Dick for lunch, he had his sandwich and chips.  It made me feel good about traveling again this summer.  I traveled when eating 1 meal a day, and it worked fine.  I should be back to a little more food by summer.  But right now with only specific foods to eat, it actually makes it easy.  

Today we were gone until 2pm, so I didn’t eat on time.  We left after my 8am shot.  Lots to drink, I wasn’t hungry but ate as soon as we got home.  Fit in my fruit an hour later, will wait and eat dinner about 6:30.

Saturday has been my hardest day so far, and I stayed on track.  So that was good.  But one occsionally isn’t bad, I can handle that.
