Here is an adjusted Chocolate Cake for Quick Cooker.  I have the Pampered Chef Quick Cooker.  This was made in the Quick Cooker – substituted monkfruit/erythitol for the sugar.  I also belong to Plant Paradox recipe group and I use “Dar’s flour blend”  and substituted that for the flour.  It was good.  It was a little eggy, but I had a bite — my husband ate 95% of it.  It was good cold – I didn’t put frosting on it, and I would add the chocolate chips next time.  But for my first cake in the “quick cooker” it was a success.  I do experiment a lot with different recipes.  My husband loves the sweets –  I ONLY make sugar free/grain free desserts.  It doesn’t faze me to bake – if I want a small piece I will only eat it in my 1 hour window.  I count that in my carbs.  If I want a “taste’ of cookie dough, I make cookies just before my 1 hour window starts – gives me a spoonful of cookie dough.  I don’t eat the cookies.  If my mind was not in the ballgame of staying on track – I might not be able to do this.  Edit:  During my 7 months I have not had trouble ignoring sweets.
