I forgot again to take picture of my lunch.  It was delicious!  I had a simple salad – 5 cups of romaine/spinach, 2 oz ham, 2 oz cheese.  I decided to have  an old favorite:  homemade yogurt, 1 T almond butter and Berry supplement with my lunch.  It was good.  I counted it in my protein/calories.  So I had the big salad with leftover dressing and my bowl of yogurt. Today was the first day that my stomach actually had a little rumbly in the tummy.  I really can’t say I was hungry – it’s just habit to eat.  I ignored and got myself busy.  I usually have tea or broth, but I didn’t even do that today.  I just distracted myself. I have lots of work to get done on the computer this week, so it is good to keep busy.  I have continued to ride my bike most days – road 5 miles this morning.
