Hot food is on the menu for today.  Amanda has posted another video for Challenge Day 2.  I also like her daily letter as encouragement.

Eating again at 12:15pm today.  Today was broccoli and cauliflower steamed with old bay seasoning (I added too much), once cooked I added the cheese.  My husband grilled salmon today, so I had that as a side dish.  The glass dish is the two quart corning ware bowl.  I had 5 oz of salmon – grilled with olive oil and seasoning.  Very good.  We’ll see if it fills me up as much as the salad did.  Calorie count looks to be around 1100.

I was not hungry last night or this morning – I actually did the 23 hours quite easy.  That surprised me.  I do drink water all day, and have tea in the mornings.  Tomorrow we are gone most of the day helping out a friend – normally we would stop to grab a lettuce wrapped burger.  Depending how late, we may do that – but will not do that “taste” of my husband’s fries!  Or I may just do a fast through tomorrow and eat on Thursday.

6pm – My stomach is a little rumbly.  Just warmed up some bone broth.  We are so used to eating 3 meals a day, that I’m surprised I’m not hungry.  But I think we are so in tune to eating or snacking, that it’s just a habit.  That habit is what I need to break.
