Today was one of those days again that my stomach was growling this morning.  But again, I ignored.  I really picture the “pac man” going for my fat. 🙂  I had my tea and lots of water.  I have been occasionally doing a green tea flavored that has a little stevia, so I’ll have to see if that is a hindrance.  I wanted my old yogurt today – 6 oz homemade yogurt, 1 T almond butter and berry supplement.  It was yummy.  I also had a RBS, 5 cups romaine, 2.5 oz shredded chicken, 3 oz cheese, green onions and poppy seed dressing.  That’s the first time I had the poppy seed dressing.  It was good, but I only used half of it.  So I will use the rest later in the week.  I remembered vitamins and collagen today.  Trying to track my calories today – it was higher than normal with the extra yogurt – Closer to 1300 calories.  The carb count was still down though.
