Day 29 – Monday, June 8, 2020

Today marked 4 weeks.  It has been going quite smooth, I haven’t “cheated” at all.  I eat within a one hour window every day.  I’ve fasted 3 times during the 4 weeks – 48 hr fasts.

I weighed in on day 28, down 14.7 pounds.  Which is great.  I had RBS today and 2 pieces of cauliflower pizza.  RBS was cheeseburger salad, with the big mac dressing.

Day 30 – Tuesday, June 9, 2020

Today was my hardest day.  My stomach growled all morning.  I ran errands to distract myself.  I had a big lunch with ham/cheese salad with leftover big mac dressing.  I had two small pieces of cauliflower pizza leftover.  About 6 strawberries.  I did have my collagen whipped in almond milk over ice with 2 T premiere shake.  I remembered my vitamins.   I had electrolyte drink about 6pm.

The last two days I’ve been having headaches, which are frustrating.  It does bring you down, and hurts your resistance, your strength.  You start questioning yourself.  I need to keep the grind going, pull up my bootstraps.
