I continue to lose, so that’s good. I never really liked or ate much cooked cabbage, but have been enjoying using it as a stirfry with the cabbage salsa and chicken or burger. I will have to take a picture next time I make it.
My body seems to stay at one weight for 2- 3 days and then lose. I can totally tell a difference in my clothes. I had gotten so I couldn’t wear but 3 of my capris/shorts comfortably – today I tried them all on (probably over 10) and they all fit. Some are tighter then others, and i won’t wear yet. But I could get them all on, which I couldn’t a month ago. So that’s really nice, I’m starting to tell big time in my clothes. I also can tell in the bathtub, I don’t fill up the whole side to side, the water is back flowing beside my butt! So those are all good things. I need another 40 pounds off, but not sure what the plan is to get that done.
