Day 4 was a RBS day!! Actually I decided today I would change it up a little bit and have two salads, one that had 3 oz chicken, cheese, cucumber, lettuce and homemade dressing. I had some left over Ranch dressing from Monday so I added a little olive oil, Cream and seasoning (Everything but the bagel) – it was delicious. Then I had (2 eggs) egg salad with lettuce. Now it did take me the full hour to eat. But I did at least eat all the big bowl. Left some lettuce in the smaller bowl. I was happy with myself that the 2 day fast went so well. I thought I was a little hungry this morning, but had tea and the feeling went away. Made cookies today for my husband and didn’t even taste the dough (although all my baking is low carb – no sugar/no grain – use almond flour). He loves all the baking I do. Technically I could eat any of it, as long as I did it in my eating window.
I did weigh myself today – down 5 pounds. 🙂
