We are busy packing and planning for a 5 week trip.  Trying to plan my OMAD on the road – I think I am good on that.  Plus I can always just fast.  I think it will be interesting to be in the car for 3 days,  When I was driving, it stay awake and to eat healthier — I used to moderate my eating by having a small healthy snack every mile or two (track mile markers).  So now not eating any thing will be either really easy or not easy at all.  It will be interesting.  Our meals are all planned and we will tailgate.  My OMAD should be good to go at lunch time – around 1pm.

Traveling during this COVID time – we aren’t excited to travel, but we need to get to MI to see my husband’s family.  We have our own travel trailer there waiting for us.  So we should be able to quarantine for a bit, and social distance but still see family.

Stay tuned for how traveling works with ELAB!!  OMAD!!  I think it will go well.

My days have been so busy that I haven’t been good at writing – but here are some pics!  The griddle cake is only about 3″, it looks huge in the pic.  I like adding my homemade yogurt once a week as additional protein.
