Today is my first day after 2+ weeks in to this that I feel hungry. Trying to figure out what I’ve eaten lately that caused that, althought I guess my body doesn’t need a reason. I just ate a hamburger and salad and my stomach is still growling. I made tea earlier when it was growling.
So it is time to distract me – so here I am writing. I think the positive thoughts are probably what I do need right now. I will go work on the computer for a bit, and get distracted. I have already taken a long walk and rode my bike early this morning.
