I know I should be writing more, but somehow life just keeps me busy. I totally want to write more and think about it at the oddest times. I need to stay accountable – to me. That is who I am accountable to every day, not anyone else.
I thought the other day i should write down all the “bad things” that have happened in the last 7 months. So here goes…
- my pants are too long (less fat to hold them up)
- not enough clothes that fit
- had to buy a belt to hold up my jeans
- Needed to find the other sizes in the store
- No longer debate when I eat
- No longer worry about what I eat
- Too simple
- Scale keeps going down
- Spending money on clothes
- Need only one towel to wrap around me
- My fanny pack falls off me
- My underwear are huge
- Bathtub dam
So all these bad things are positive things…
- I love buying smaller clothes
- I love knowing I am only eating 1 hour a day
- I enjoy saying “no” to everything outside my window
- I love coming up with options, if I want to eat someting different
- I enjoy eating one meal a day
- I like eating low carb
- I like my energy
- I enjoy stepping on the scale – isn’t that crazy!!
- I do like shopping for clothes, but limit since I keep going down in size!
- Enjoy liking where I am heading for my health
- One towel around me is awesome
- Not being a “dam” – water flows around me in the tub
